The 5-foot-7 Winnipeg product  has long been recognized as having one of the hardest point shots in the CIS. She earned her second CIS selection (First Team All-Canadian in 2009-10) in her fourth season at Manitoba. She was also named a 2012-13 Canada West First Team All-Star after being tied for ninth among CIS defensemen in scoring (tied for third among Canada West defensemen) and sixth on the Bisons in scoring with six goals and nine assists while playing in all 28 conference regular season games this season.

She was also an alternate captain this past season, plus her six goals left in a tie for  fifth in the CIS. She also had three power play goals (tied for sixth in CIS) this past season. In 2010-11, she was a second-team conference all-star.
